I love this mage. first because it looks like one of my mounds in the fog. but also because it is photography as a drawing medium. I don't know if you manipulated these gery scale values. it is hard to believe they could be serendipitous. but they descend into a dense pictorial space which is capable of holding powerful emotional connections. is it a back yard? vjane

I agree with Jane, it has the sense of being one of her mounds... I love how it appears as one thing, then draws us in.
Great mood capture. The trees frame the mound like sentries yet almost mirror each other, and reflect in the water. Then the mist sets the mood
